Terms of Service for QuickMyBill

By using QuickMyBill, you agree to these terms.
1. SERVICE
QuickMyBill provides offline billing, inventory, and payment tracking tools for Indian businesses. The app is provided as-is for lawful business use only.
2. TRIAL & SUBSCRIPTION
- New users get a free trial period with full access to all features
- After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the app
- Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds except as required by Google Play policy
3. YOUR DATA
- You own all billing data you create in the app
- We store your backup in your own Google Drive — we cannot access it
- You are responsible for the accuracy of GST and billing information you create
4. GST COMPLIANCE
- QuickMyBill helps generate GST invoices but is not a substitute for professional tax advice
- You are responsible for verifying your GST filings with a qualified accountant
- We are not liable for errors in tax calculations arising from incorrect data entry
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use QuickMyBill to:
- Generate fraudulent invoices
- Evade taxes
- Violate any applicable Indian law
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
QuickMyBill is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss arising from use of the app. Always maintain your own records independently.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
