Privacy Policy for QuickMyBill

QuickMyBill ("we", "app") is built for Indian retailers, distributors, and contractors.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

• Your Google account name and email (for login only)
• Business information you enter: business name, address, GSTIN
• Billing data: invoices, parties, payments, inventory — entered by you
• Device information for crash reporting only

2. HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA

• All your billing data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database
• A backup copy is stored in your own Google Drive account (in a private app folder only you can access)
• We do NOT have access to your Google Drive data
• We do NOT store your billing data on our servers

3. GOOGLE DRIVE

• We use Google Drive only to backup and restore your data across devices
• The backup is stored in a private AppData folder — not visible in your main Drive
• You can delete this backup at any time from Google Drive settings

4. GOOGLE SIGN-IN

• We use Google Sign-In for authentication only
• We do not share your Google account data with any third party

5. GOOGLE PLAY BILLING

• Subscription payments are handled entirely by Google Play
• We do not collect or store your payment card information

6. DATA SHARING

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party
• We do not use your billing data for advertising

7. DATA DELETION

• Uninstall the app to delete local data
• Delete the QuickMyBill folder in your Google Drive AppData to delete the backup
• Contact us to request account deletion: support@quickmybill.in

8. CHILDREN

• This app is not intended for users under 18 years of age

9. CHANGES

• We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification
